Hassle-Free Returns

At Bestique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with our premium towels, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
   
• Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

• All Inclusive Return:  Returns must include all items, including any free items sent — or customers will be charged as per item value
   
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@bestique.biz with your order number and reason for return.
   
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
   
• Refunds: Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
